Nepocef-cv tablets for dogs contain cefpodoxime proxetil potentiated with Clavulanic acid. Cefpodoxime Proxetil inhibits the cell wall synthesis of bacteria. Clavulanic acid in Nepocef-cv overcomes antibiotic resistance in bacteria that secretes B-lactamase.
