Apoquel for dogs from Zoetis Petcare is an anti itch or allergy medicine usually prescribed by veterinarians in cases of extreme skin itching like atopic dermatitis, atopy, skin allergies, food allergies, flea allergies etc. It is a novel and better approach at preventing itching unlike regular itch remedies like antihistamines, prednisolone and steroids(hydrocortisone) which usually show a lot of side effects.
